Life in Lockdown – Online Learning Survey

Market Mirror Research Solutions recently conducted a short survey online primarily to gauge the feedback on the online learning platform conducted by play school/ school/ colleges/ universities/ educational institutions since the lockdown has taken place keeping in mind the outbreak of corona virus (COVID19).

June 2020Survey conducted across PAN India with 400 respondents using Online medium and specifically covering key metros.

Pre-primary

At an overall level the citizens of India are enjoying the lockdown and is not biased by gender; hardly any proportion of individuals have expressed aversion for the lockdown.

Primary division ( I to IV STD )
Secondary division ( V - X STD )
Higher secondary( XI – XII STD)

Higher Education + Professional courses

Graduation courses – Regular / Professional
Masters / PG / Professional courses (MBA etc.)

Research Findings Life in Lockdown – Rejoinder with the online learning space

At an overall level the scores on the online learning sessions are encouraging amid lockdown.
Out of all the classes pre-primary students appears to be enjoying the most for being exposed to technology enabled systems as part of e-learning

Research Findings Life in Lockdown – Usage of video conferencing platform/app

Close to half of the students have been exposed to Zoom video conferencing platform followed with Google hangouts and Cisco WebEx by their respective institution.
